Whenever I have brown bananas I like to make banana bread. Sarah over at Clover Lane Blog posted a recipe for banana muffins that looks so good:
I like that they have very little sugar. Here is her recipr:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large or 4 small ripe bananas mashed
1/2 cup white sugar or a little less
1/3 cup butter melted
Mix together mashed bananas, butter and egg. Add in the dry ingredience and mix well. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.

Mine turned out good and were a perfect way to start the day.
